Sociology is the study of human behaviour and culture. Sociologists study how society works and encourages critical analysis of the structures and institutions in social life. Sociology is a very popular choice at both A level and GCSE with a large number of girls. A summary of these is detailed below with a fuller description given on the GSCE and A Level pages that follow.
