Returning in September

July 2nd

The Secretary of State announced this morning that all students will be returning to school in the autumn term.

We are looking forward to welcoming back all our students in September. The leadership team, staff and governors will be working together over the next week or so to create a safe plan for September that fits with the DfE guidance and our own risk assessments.

Please note, in order to act in line with the guidance, we might need to change the structure of the school day.  We will also have a phased return over the first few days to present both staff and students with induction, also into the new way of working, so please check your and your child’s school emails and the school’s website over the next few weeks.

There will be 3 training days for staff on 1st, 4th and 11th September, these days will be used to train staff in the new ways of working under the new government guidance,  no students will be in school on these days.

Updated risk assessments have been published on the school website and can be viewed by clicking the link below.
